Placing an Order:

Select the item that you like, select your size and click on “Add to cart”. When you are done shopping, click on “My Cart”, located at the top right section of the screen. To “Check Out” confirm your items and sizes and fill in all the required fields to complete your order.

Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

After you click “submit order” an email confirmation will be sent to you.

Please note that all our dresses and items are hand checked and handpicked before they are sent out.

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.


Your order will be charged in American Dollar (USD), and will appear as on your Credit Card Statement. Please note that issuing bank may charge a fee to convert currencies if you are not a resident of United States of which has no control over. By purchasing at, you accept any additional charges incurred by currency conversion by your bank/credit card.

Sales Tax and Duty

International duties and taxes are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. If taxes and duties are included in the price of your order this will be mentioned at checkout.

If your order does NOT include taxes and duties at checkout, it means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information on specific amounts and percentages. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.

By purchasing on you understand that you are responsible for all such charges. Should you refuse to pay duty/tax, your order will be returned to us and you will be credited the amount you paid, less full shipping costs.


Processing Times:

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays and will be processed the next business day.  Express shipping can only be done on orders placed by 12:00 PM EST noon.  Express orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays and will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times are only estimates and can vary depending on your location, the availability of our merchandise. Please note delays caused by shipping couriers, busy sale periods, credit card verification processes, custom holds and any other delay is outside of our control.


Some parcels may require your signature at the time of delivery. If you are not present during delivery, a notice card will be left, requesting pick up at your local post office. Government issued ID will be needed to retrieve the parcel from your local post office followed by your signature. If not picked up within 5 days, parcel will be returned back to us.


In the event FedEx is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, customer’s refusal to pay duties, customer’s refusal of parcel,  failed attempts to deliver to the customer, or otherwise and the package is returned back to us. The customer is responsible for all fees associated with an Address Correction. For these reasons please make sure to double check the information entered on your order. is not liable for return shipping costs charged by the courier (including unpaid customs or taxes).

In the event the parcel has been returned back to us, denied or order has been cancelled, we will hold a $35 shipping and restocking fee per each item in the order within United States. Re-stocking fee does not apply to exchanges.

Please note is not responsible for any fees incurred to re-ship the merchandise to the customer. The customer is responsible for all re-shipping costs associated with return packages due to failed delivery attempts.

When your Order is received, will send you an email. We will ask you to indicate whether you want to re-ship your order or return the item. The Re-shipping and Re-stocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

You can track the progress of your shipped order by visiting and entering your tracking number, which may be found in the shipping confirmation email we sent you.

Sold-Out Items:

Multiple customers may order an exact item simultaneously and the system will process the orders as first come first serve. Therefore, items ordered may become out of stock after the transaction was processed. In this case customers will be notified by email and refunded onto the method of payment used. Please note the refund may take up to 5 – 7 business days to process.

Exchange Policy:

All purchases are non-refundable. Exchanges are done within 7 days.

Exchange or Refund is permitted only on regular price merchandise within 7 days (United States and U.S.)  or 10 days (Outside United States and the U.S.) from the date you receive your order. Any item eligible for exchange or refund must be accompanied by the original tags. In addition, they cannot be worn, damaged, altered or washed. Sale items are a FINAL SALE. We do not accept exchanges or refunds on any accessories such as scarves, sunglasses, lingerie, bathing suits, purses and jewelry. Promotional merchandise is subject to the same regulations as sale items. Exchanges made within the required time of receiving your merchandise will be inspected for approval, and you will be notified once the exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 10 days for this process to be completed. Exchange or refund requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.

Any items sent back without authorization will not be accepted and sent back at owner’s expense. If the item is not accepted back by the post office, items will be held at the store until they are picked up or payment for reshipment is received.

Regular Price Merchandise:

Exchange is strictly permitted within 7 days (United States and U.S.) or 10 days (Outside United States and the U.S.) from the date you receive your order. Merchandise must be in their original condition, cannot be worn, damaged, altered or washed and must have original tags. Any returns that appear worn, washed, damaged, not in original condition or do not have tags attached will not be accepted. Merchandise will be inspected, and you will be notified once the exchange has been processed. Refer below to the instructions on how to make an exchange.

Initiating Exchange for Online Purchases:

To initiate a return please email us first at with the following information:

Full Name, Phone Number, Address, Order Number and reason for exchange. Items being exchanged, and please indicate new size or item you would like to exchange for. Please add the tracking number of the returning package.

Once we receive this email, we will reply to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. An email confirmation is required for packages being returned by mail and no package will be processed without email confirmation attached.

Shipping Instructions for Exchange/Return

Make sure item(s) are securely packaged. Make sure that there are no other shipping or tracking labels attached to your package. Please use a traceable, pre-paid and insured shipping method through United States Post, USPS or your local postal service provider. We cannot accept COD packages. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please note we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen while in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are responsible for the cost of returning your items. This cost is non-refundable. We highly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.

We are not responsible for any additional charges/customs upon return. The amount charged will be deducted from the refundable amount. Any items sent back without authorization will not be accepted and sent back at owner’s expense.
